Spent a lot of time in there in the 80s. Glad to see that Johnny Morris is cleaning the place up. I know will never be what it was back in the heyday. The majority of the buildings were Beyond repair. Drove by there couple weeks ago-he is definitely put a lot of time for restoring the parks beauty.

Enjoyed my time there in the early 70's. It was a great place to visit. It was sad to see it close and rot away. Different times now I guess.

I was working their the summer of 73 or 74 . played trumpet and drums . Than at night sang on top at Marble Falls with a bunch of guys from Harding Col. in Searcy Ark. Would love to here from Linda Hobbs that worked their also . Best time of my life .

Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. This could have been taken by my parents during some of our visits there. The little girl at 2:40 is with the goat ... do what? oh, pet this end? OK, Mama! - I also remember that when you'd feed the trout, they'd pile on top of each other almost a foot out of the water (it seemed then) to get the food pellets. Thank you again!

I live 6 miles from dogpatch. I went in the 70 s and later 69s. Even had summer season pass. This music is awful. I had a heck of a day at dogpatch USA. . Yeah Johnnie Morris is improving it. But it's been on hold over 2 years now. . Very slow progress. .

It’s been on hold because of the dogwood canyon debacle. It’s a concert venue they put near table rock lake on hwy 86 which is a narrow curvey 2 lane then they brought in Garth Brooks I think was. People setting out on hwy for hours stuck traffic never got to the show. Might have been some litigation.
