it's his delay mostly. he has a lot of delay on his voice. If it was a backing track it wouldn't be out of time with him. But yeah at the very tail of that first one there is a second one that goes higher. 3:12-3:14 is definitely his delay. You can hear the delay at the very end too

People, Vince is lip syncing! You don’t go from sounding like you have food in your mouth to actually pronouncing the words over night! Since the stadium tour, Vince has had backing tracks to flat out pre recorded vocals!

While Vince is 100% guilty for lip syncing The Dirt, every time they "performed" it. And they are obviously using backing tracks for the background vocals, as they have since the 90's. This one is questionable, it can go either way for this song, because Vince is singing in a lower register. However, and to your point, Vince suddenly sings all the words to the entire set, is reason to believe that he's lip syncing. He could have recorded his vocals to make it sound like he's actually singing live, and remembering all the words. The truth will come out when Vince does his next solo tour. I wouldn't put anything past Motley, especially Nikki.

I’ve been a longtime CRÜE fan but can they please have a meeting to talk to Vince about putting in more work. Remember the lyrics and take voice lessons and keep taking them along with learning how to warm up before a show and how to cool down after a show. Vince owes it to us fans. I do like the more scaled down stage. Motley seems to work better in smaller venues and more scaled down because that’s really what motley was to begin with
