This is terrifying. How do these irresponsible people sleep at night after pushing abused, fully trained murder machines on families whose hearts are bigger than their brains? "From a fighting ring" is pretty vague. There are fighters, breeders and bait dogs, I'm not sure what else. Even if they were the bait dogs their fear response could make them dangerous. I hope they're choosing wisely who to give these dogs to.

Bait dogs are a bait & switch. Actual bait dogs don't survive being bait. Actual bait dogs aren't adult pit bulls, which could damage the real merchandise. Anything from a fighting yard is a fighter, bred from winning fighters. A few months of "rehab" won't change basic **and recently reinforced** behavioral genetics. They can't choose wisely enough. Sad, but this is one of the reasons to go hard against both dogfighting and breeding pit bulls: so pple don't have to make the hard decisions to euthanize seized fighters, over & over & over & freakin over.

Dog owners & dog lovers have the most motivation to object to *born & bred* adult fighting dogs from a fighting breed in their neighborhoods & communities, because most of the victims will be other dogs. Tired of pple who dgaf about any dogs that aren't built for fighting, pretending to love dogs.
