Using your methodology to structure tasks, how do you efficiently audit tasks without Assignees in QA Views if the parent task in your system doesn't have an assignee? Do you have to filter to only subtasks? Do you need to specifically tag the parent task ask the "Deliverable" so that you can filter it out? Or do you just overlook it when you're doing QA and making sure that every task has an assignee?

We use task types to help with this. Our parent tasks (unless it's a parent task with no subtasks) are always labeled as "Non-Actionable" and our subtasks are always labeled as "Actionable". You can then use that as a filter to filter out all those "Non-Actionable parent tasks.

Your videos are so helpful. Appreciate the thought and sharing of strategy that goes into them. One question: When you've got all your templates set up in your template library, how do you reconcile statuses when you use them in new lists?

We only recommend having a simple status structure and make them all the same across the workspace. Every space (besides our ClickUp CRM) has the same statuses which makes it much easier.

Technology is awesome. Are you sure workers want to be tracked for every second worked so Robots can replace peoples work? Great in theory.

How can we assign due date based on time estimates? I have a lot of tasks that are less than a day of work. How can we divide those tasks automatically into different days based on the time estimated? I want to see a video of just a bunch of tasks with various times get organized so that we can tell the client what the timeline looks like. Then see how to balance the workload across more people if the timeline is tighter. All of those things change the due dates, but the time estimates do not change. I just don't see how to manage that flow in clickup.

There's no automatic way to assign due dates based on time estimates. It's all a manual planning process. But thanks for the idea for a video! We'll put that in our backlog.
