I usually hate haul videos and never watch them. This.. I love! 😂😂 this and the (double) shots one. To make this one easier try alternating between arms, abs, legs, and cardio. Get tired of push-ups then go to sit ups or bicycle kicks. Then squats or lunges. Then jumping jacks or jogging in place. And don’t forget to stretch at the end!! Also, love And Then There Were None! It’s amazing, all the praise 🤩🙌
