I loved this video. I know this may be partially out of your wheelhouse, but you often ask for ideas, I would love recommendations or talk on destinations bike trails for fit beginners I guess. It always looks fun for you and your mom, but not being a 17 yr old boy, it seems intimidating to start as far as traveling to great trails.

Honestly, that situation with the younger kid got my heart going. From a safety standpoint, he shouldn't have been on an active race course for adults. His safety as well as others. I'm glad everything was okay, but it could have been much worse.

For anyone starting to do any health activity --DO NOT BE ASHAMED! I tried my first 5K and was so embarrassed to be the absolute last person to cross the finish line. We stayed to celebrate the winners and they called my name because I was the only woman in my age bracket to finish so I won first place for my group! I laughed so hard but it was a fantastic lesson! My thumbnail is from that day!
