Wow and awesome. Thanks for show and demonstrating the quatro technique and most of all the stands which is very important. Since for boxing, I have to stand orthodox style but I can switch southpaw and orthodox any time it’s best for me. :) Just to inform orthodox is right handed and southpaw is left handed. I will practice and do my best and many thanks again :).

It’s Ethan Time Glad you found this useful! :) Yes, for arnis, my default stance is southpaw as I want to maximize my range and reach farther with the weapon. But I wouldn't say it's wrong to switch stances in the middle of combat. I'm sure I do this as well.

@@daniel_bernas just to let you know, I did take your advice about searching through KZbin other videos on arnis and found some. You are in them and other instructors as well. During this time that we have to be at home, I have been practicing arnis and my arms do hurt at times but still try my best at it. :)

You have great combination. I really enjoy your drills. I wish I was young enough to do your foot work exercises! But I’m 62 years old now and I’m afraid that bouncing continuously is out of the question! Having said that, what do you suggest for older students like me? I’ve been doing Filipino martial arts since my 20s. I’d be interested in hearing what you have to say

Tweak the drills to do what you can. :) Or make your own based on what you feel you need. :)
