Jasmine I love you and your content so much! I’ve been watching since you started and fitness was EVERYTHING in your life. I love to see how you have settled, found love and seem to have found an healthy balance with fitness and LIFE. Also I deal with grief too as I lost my mother when I was 17 and have no knowledge of my father other than him being a piece of *hit and not being a father. I feel like I can relate to you so much and it truly always feels like a safe space and like I can just breathe out and truly be myself no matter what I feel like when I watch your videos. Having a cleaning service is not spoiled. You had the means. It protected you for a long time and kept you living in a clean environment which is something people with depression/anxiety struggle with. I order my groceries because I prioritize it and spend the money because it overstimulates me and it leaves me with energy for other things. Do what you gotta do when you can!

This is so validating 😭 thank you for saying this! It isn’t the most relatable thing for me to say but you hit the nail on the head. I also am an Instacart girl these days. I end up buying way more and getting soooo overstimulated when I’m there. The extra tip and delivery fee will always be worth it to me!!

The delivery fee and tip in the end is probably way less than the unnecessary stuff I would have bought in person and less than I make in an hour(that’s what I say to myself to validate lol)
