DOING THE HEAVY LIFTING (Uhaul Day, Carrot Cake & Dental Work)

We're officially moved! After celebrating our 3-year anniversary with homemade carrot cake (recipe to screenshot), we officially moved into our new house and had a blast loading and unloading the Uhaul. You guys, I have now moved 10 TIMES in 9 YEARS. So excited to be settling into our new house with my fiance, getting situated, and enjoying home ownership. Carrot Cake Recipe:
1.5c oil
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 c crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 c grated carrots
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 c chopped pecans
- Mix in order given
Bake at 350'F for 45-60min (makes a 9x13 cake)
