Thankful for all the heroes that laid down their lives so we can do whatever we'd like here in the US. I love to workout and that's how I choose to honor them.
Today was about honoring their sacrifice through a workout that a late hero created; Michael Murphy.
The workout is as follows:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
All with a 20 pound weighted vest.
As fast as you can as well.
I decided to break up the workouts instead of bulldozing straight through every movement and ultimately that makes your time faster. The big thing is... just do the reps and you're good.
33 minutes, 35 seconds is the time I got and now it's up to one of you to beat it. You don't have to wear jeans and Vans if you don't want to haha, but props to you if choose to.
Also, the jeans are from Origin if you were wondering. Made in the USA so it seemed fitting to wear as today was about honoring the American heroes sacrifices.
