I've never built or serviced a hotel. I'm surprised this one was built in wood. Is it not considered a commercial structure?

I am surprised it is a wooden structure !!!! insurance killer. Hot water recirc. is a requirement. Don't try to make it like you are doing something special...LMAO !!!
