Great points and I can see how tag stuffing in the description would be foolish...but I've noticed you still use about 15-20 in your video and channel tags....is this still viable? I heard a few other creators say it confuses the algorithm, and you should only have about 5....is this correct? Looking forward to more videos...and thanks!

Hi Matt. I have a question about voice overs. If you record your voice and then use some software to enhance or modify some aspects of your voice and make it a little higher pitched or something else would that be agianst youtube regulations. I want to do voice overs but the sound of my voice is not varied enough in intonation.

You have a Carlsberg beer in the intro video that starts when someone gets to your KZbin channel. That alone is reason enough to trigger the restricted ad status on your videos. The algorithm also requires human assistance in order to gather as much information as possible and make more precise decisions about what content meets the criteria for ads and what does not. So, fix those things, make sure you meet all the requirements, and request a new review.

The one permanently demontized is similar to my theme, but with 7up cans, lemon tea and coca-cola cans... makes no sense And once it's reviewed and demonitized, it becomes permanent. No third chance to appeal! The monetized ones can be demonetized again however! Someone need to take over KZbin, the management is SSshole! And some people's videos about nail arts also can get demonitized! Explain this...

I am even more confused now. I started a new channel just two days ago - TWO days ago and had ONE short up and a thumbnail. Today - I tried to upload an introduction video only to find that my channel had been deleted for "spam, deceptive practices and scams policy." I just read the policy - and I did none of those things in the policy. I got no prior notification of any problems before this email. I am very confused by this. I did my research before I started the channel. My short was only 4 clips long - no links. I used two quote from a book. I gave the book and the author credit. I used AI generated photos - and a narration for the quotes. I generated two photos of the author to avoid copyright problems. I used a short instrumental clip from Canva. I watched their "Spam, deceptive practices and scams policy" video. I read that segment repeatedly. I did not do any of those things listed. And the quotes I used were not "motivational" quotes - so there is no spam. These are educational. I had just two likes - as far as I know, no comments, yet. I don't get why YT deleted my channel. It makes no sense. The thumbnail was of one of the AI photos of a man - no likeness to any famous person - which YT chose by default. I would have chosen that author who people actually know. But we don't get to select thumbnails for shorts. I started with the short because I just wanted something to put out and I had already spent all day working on the first video and getting the page up. I just don't get it.

I have two competitive channels with massive audiences that kind of do it the way I do things. However I stillhave my own twist and flair. How would you recommend commenting on those channels to attract views without getting striked?

Analyze the video you're commenting on and show that you understand what he's talking about. Tell the creator that you have learned a lot from his videos and that his content has significantly influenced your point of view and helped you to bring more quality into your footage. His ego will blow up, so maybe your comment will be pinned. Finally, mention to people that you have videos on the same topic (don't use any links) and that you'd love to hear their thoughts on it. Every activity on the platform provides benefits, so you need to play smart if you want to make the most of it.

Thanks for your video. I'm confused about if it's a problem to cover a song. I am in Cambodia and learned to sing a famous Khmer song (pre-1975) and was going to make a video for my students and post it on a channel. I was told by another teacher that this isn't permitted by KZbin. Now, one of my students has a great voice and plays the guitar. Can he make a KZbin channel of him singing songs? Are there ways to make it okay like by giving credit to the original? I see cover videos all the time, but not being able to use copyrighted music would seem to not permit this. What advice do you have?
