I reckon this would work well subbing coconut oil for margarine. That's my plan anyways.

It’s interesting I saw a video of yours about making fries in the air fryer and now you seemed to be health conscious about the type of oil and amount of salt you get to have control over & yet you use margarine or butter substitute which is made of OIL and in most cases includes salt! Why wouldn’t you just use an oil you prefer instead?? 🤷‍♂️ Did I also hear you actually say margarine is delicious?? 🤢
