Pro tip, use some formica veneer on all surfaces. It scratches less, looks better, doesnt splinter, and isnt much extra. Black formica hides imperfections well and its only about $50-75 for a 4x8 roll. A little contact cement and an afternoon and she's perfect.

I'd have thrown a coat of white gloss paint on it, easier to keep it clean and makes sliding packages and bubble wrap around easier. Still, nice table. Nothing beats a nice big table for packing things, its crucial.

I tend to overbuild things, but at the bottom of the legs I would've ran that back 2x4 full length across so there couldn't be any side to side movement between all your legs. Just saying! Would be an easy change in the future at least.
