I tried it and I can tell some notes for those who wants to make the budding cake. Dont use 450g of weeping cream if you dont have the same brand used in the video cause it will not be thick for that much of cream used , otherwise everything turns out very well. I can't believe you can buy 40% fat French cream when it's impossible to find cream that has more than 30% fat in grocery stores in France. Only one store sells professional cream and it's only 35%. I'm so jealous! It makes it so hard to make stabilized whipped cream 😭

@@Calorierestaurant In France 😅 I always fail at recreating Japanese or Korean recipes I find on KZbin when I need whipped cream. I use mascarpone with it but it makes it too dense and I can't achieve this flowing texture you get.
