Today I made a beautiful fruit jelly roll cake.
I made a roll cake by adding milk cream and strawberries to a soft and fluffy vanilla cake.
This cream, with its strong milk flavor, goes well with refreshing fruit jelly.
I made a very basic roll cake with thin fruit jelly to make it more special and beautiful.
The video explains in detail how to put thin fruit jelly on a roll cake, so please watch until the end.
I used all the fruit I had in my refrigerator.
All you have to do is fill it with your favorite fruits.
Among the fruits I used, a detailed description of “kumquat” is written below.
Kumquat is a fruit that is eaten whole, including the skin.
Rather, there is more vitamin C in the peel.
Also, kiwi and dragon fruit have the property of melting jelly, so use only the amount of the video.

12 g sugar (1 Tbsp)
a pinch of salt
3ml Vanilla extract
30 g vegetable oil (2 Tbsp)
35g milk (2Tbsp+1tsp)
55g cake flour (1/3 cup + 1/2 Tbsp)
3 egg whites
55g sugar (1/4 sugar)
● Milk Cream
150g h cream (2/3 cup)
15 g (1 Tbsp) sweetened condensed milk
7 g (2 tsp) sugar
● Fruit jelly
(Mold size: 23cm*23cm)
12 g powdered gelatin (1 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)
60 g (4 Tbsp) cold water
155 g (2/3 cup) hot water
60g sugar (4Tbsp+2tsp)
7.5ml lemon juice (1/2 Tbsp)

It is a citrus fruit from the Rutaceae family and is native to central China and cultivated in Far East Asia, Australia, and the Americas. It is about the size of a quail egg, yellow or dark orange in color, has a soft and sweet skin, and the flesh has a sour taste. It has 65 kcal per 100g and is rich in carotene, potassium, and calcium. It is eaten raw (with the skin) or made into confit, and is also used in cakes such as jams and marmalades.
It is common to consume the fruit with the skin. Compared to typical fruits that have sweet flesh and bitter skin, Geum persimmon has a sweet skin and a bitter and sour taste.
Kumquats contain a large amount of vitamin C, which helps improve skin, relieve fatigue, and prevent colds. In particular, the peel of the kumquat contains more vitamin C than the flesh, and contains galactan and flavonoids, which help relieve coughing and inflammation.

Okay it’s obvious that your a master with a very specialized skill. This is the first thing you’ve made that I think I could maybe do. The tray that held the jelly is a problem, I’ve never seen the like in America nor the pan that you used for the vanilla sponge cake. We use a stand mixer here and I would freeze the bowl and whisk instead of the ice water and whipped cream bowl in it seems like away for big tears. The strawberries and cream were perfect. I would use the parchment on the rolled cake and then a clean tea towel instead of the silicone mat. This is a stunning big wow cake, just gorgeous. Thank you so much. Wonderful job.
