Absolutely, the base sharingan would be cracked in real life. You could use suble genjutsu to get ahead in school or work. Hell, use it well enough and you change the world for the better, genjutsu those idiot politicians and actually make a more balanced society. You could copy athletes techniques and become the goat in any sport you wanted. You could copy the movements of doctors and become a great surgeon. Stack on top of that you would be generally stronger and faster. The possibilities are honestly endless.

I don't actually think that's true. The originator of that specific Rinnegan was Hagoromo, and to our knowledge, he didn't get any extra Rinnegan power apart from the Six Paths Technique (CoAT isn't stated to be a Rinnegan-specific technique). When it comes to Sasuke, I think Amenotejikara is literally just a nerfed version of Kaguya's Amenominaka (just like how his brother had a nerfed version of Infinite Tsukuyomi), where instead of switching the entire battlefield with another dimension's, it just switches the user and an object of their choice. Limbo is... Limbo. Unless Hagoromo had that, I got nothing. Madara the Fraud strikes again. Also, not all Rinnegan come with the Six Paths Technique, just Hagoromo's, hence why he's the Sage of Six Paths. Momoshiki's has a completely different set of powers, although there are some similarities (both can absorb chakra for example).

Good list overall. I would have some changes in it for a few positions, but overall, its pretty good. Also, having the Senrigan as an honorable mention makes sense seeing that it offers zero offensive potential and is just the perfect spying tool compared to other Dojutsu. Another thing to bote is that Omnipotence isn't a Dojutsu ability nor is Daemon's Reflection. Both are seprate abilities that have no ties to a Dojutsu as of now.

I’d say the Tenseigan/rinnegan is the only iffy part. Yes the Tenseigan is insanely strong, but the rinnegan itself has 6 (technically 7) sections to it. Deva’s gravitational control, animal’s summons, Naraka’s king of hell, Human’s soul grab, Preta’s chakra absorption, Asura’s mechanical weapons (and Outer’s control over life and death). The Tenseigan really only grants the user the abilities of the Deva path, only 1/7 of the rinnegan. It is true that the chakra mode and Truth Seeking Balls make up for the difference, but like you said, the Tenseigan Chakra Mode is extremely limited time-wise, whereas the Rinnegan is only limited by the users own chakra reserves. It’s close, but i’d say the rinnegan is a bit stronger.

Yeah I agree with this and have mentioned it before, Sasuke’s regular Mangekyou also doesn’t have any straight tomoe unlike his EMS & Madara’s EMS so he has to be referencing that or that’s just a sign of an EMS. Itachi’s MS does not have a straight tomoe pattern it that’s only adopted by the Indra Reincarnates and their EMS. This also makes more sense since Sasuke obv grows stronger with EMS so you can potentially infer his perception grows like it improved with sensing Juubito’s movements.

It was a theory that was proven true, Madara doesn’t dispute a single thing Kabuto says and credits him for knowing as much as he does without reading the Uchiha Tablet. Sasuke & Madara had an EMS prior, characters like Obito can receive large amounts of Senju Power + an MS and while they do gain pseudo six paths abilities like the shadow / light style melee tools he doesn’t ever awaken the Rinnegan, so even if you say it’s possible both examples display the EMS needing to be achieved prior.

The rinnegan can’t take care of tunnel vision one gets from using the chidori as shown with hidari as it’s not an evolution of the sharingan. Hagaromo gave Sasuke a tomue rinnegan cause the rinnegan doesn’t possess the powers of the sharingan as it is not the sharingan or its evolution. Obito didn’t have indras chakra so he was never getting the rinnegan. The ems doesn’t need to be achieved hagaromos chakra is what’s needed for an uchiha to even hope of getting the rinnegan.

Just because it’s an evolution of the Dojutsu doesn’t mean every person who has it goes through that evolution and maintains the prior abilities. Characters like Hidari were just born with the Rinnegan & didn’t go through the evolution chain. It doesn’t contradict anything about it being the next stage in evolution for an Uchiha. That Hagoromo claim is insanely baseless Sasuke can still utilize MS techniques through his Rinnegan like Amaterasu so it clearly doesn’t even matter. Indra’s chakra was never stated to be a requirement for getting the Rinnegan this ignored what I said entirely. Hagoromo’s chakra is Senju + Uchiha however, form the series only when an Uchiha has an EMS + Senju does a Rinnegan Blossom, Sasuke was literally granted Hashirama Cells + Some of his chakra before he was even granted the Rinnegan from Hagoromo.

I personally think the filler Dojutsu Ranmaru had should have been introduced in the series for Kurenai Yuhi. It would have brought another neat power into the canon and kept her relevant going forward. As far as the Byakugan goes I think it should have evolved like the Sharingan but in a completely different way. Like how Toneri and every other Otsusuki evolve their Byakugan into different Dojutsu altogether the same thing should have happened with the Hyuga. Not to the broken degree of the Otsusuki’s but enough so that the claim of “strongest Clan in Konoha” and the need for the Caged Bird Seal was justified…

Sasuke has only been able to use chibaku tensei and chakra absorption. Am sure that is all he can handle. The paths needs to be mastered. you can't just use them because you have the renegan. "Animer filler" my guy the Ketsuryugan is from the novels, that arc is a canon novel adaptation, smfh Also your Jogan ranking is WAYYY off, it's either the highest level of dojutsu or the second highest, it's placement relative to the Rinne Sharingan is the only one that's debatable, but it's a strictly superior Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan all in one. It seems to be able to accurately manifest any abilities from any other Kaguya-originated dojutsu, Shibai Otsutsuki is shown to possess countless Jogan in his God form along with a single third eye Rinne Sharingan. Jogan translates to "Pure Eye", this can be interpreted as it being the purest form of dojutsu, or the originator of all other dojutsu, that at bare minimum places it above the three aforementioned Kaguya-derived dojutsu, and debatably higher that the Senrigan or Kokugan as well, although I'd forgive you if you still ranked the Kokugan over it for now until we know more, but just off of what we do know, it is likely the most powerful or at least second most powerful eye in the verse.

The anime is literally a distinctly different canon as the fights that happen play out differently, I cited the novel and how the feats differ what are we on about, the novels are generally accepted as a higher canon than the anime, but my wording was off I should have just said anime adaptation I agree with that. The Jougan has not done enough to justify its placement like you suggested it’s pure conjecture, I mentioned you can throw it higher if you want but, let’s not pretend I didn’t outline it extensively & higher placements are based on conjecture.

Rinnegan is insanely strong especially if your the original user, rinnegan is stated to give a substantial stat amp, we never see a full power rinnegan without it being used by a sixpaths character. Nagari and Obito aren't the original users and couldn't even use techniques like tengei shinsei. Edo Madara doesn't even have a real rinnegan it lacks his unique ability and can't even use the outer path. Rinnegan is weaker without a full set and we don't get to see Madara with his full set of rinnegan till he's gotten many other buffs and even then not for very long.

In Madara’s case somewhat since he looked at the moon for the Third Eye to open but, it’s unclear. Like Kaguya in the anime is just on the ground but, honestly we don’t know if there is a clear distance you need to cross to initiate the jutsu since Madara was in the air anyway to stall Naruto and Sasuke via Chibaku Tensei.

Idk I don’t think issshiki and kawakis eye is that impressive. If the stat differences wasn’t so high jigen would’ve got slapped. It’s def broken but not that high on the list. Canonically, even kawaki (who as far as we know uses it WAY better than jigen, at least from what we’ve seen) was destined to lose to code. So without a stat gap it’s not that great. Like, if we give war arc sasuke that instead of the rennigan, I don’t think he would’ve made as much a difference

Which Rinnegan grants you a BSM level buff & the TSO / a Chakra Mode. I think a rinnegan user can be stronger but when considering what they grant the Tensigan is a jack of all trades. I do agree a Rinnegan user can be stronger but, more so examining the Dojutsu on its own.
