@@Doksimon how can Africa be the next be thing when 90% of all properties in all the estates are only affordable by diaspora? Even the so call affordable homes target people from diaspora And maybe it’s time for the local companies to start developing some of the furnitures in the houses like wardrobe and kitchen cabinets because I can only imagine how much china is making from selling those products which unfortunately aren’t even of best quality. And if Africa is the next big thing you shouldn’t really be proud to say and I code „ all the doors are foreign of course „ like you said in one of your videos. I like the way you present though 👍🏻

I’m a Ghanaian-American living in Ethiopia. I haven’t really seen home developments like this in Addis Ababa it’s a very densely populated city. Any type of nice properties are super expensive ($400k US and up). The only alternative are apartments and they can be built poorly with too many people, leaks and pests. The really nice luxury apartments cost about $270k! Ghana is the way to go for modern living in developed communities that don’t break the bank.

Nic. I like the burglar proof sliding door. Never seen that in an actual home. (only businesses have them here) Because most of places have replaced them with French doors due to thieves. Those glass sliding door can be easily lifted up from the tracks. Finally a great walk in closet. I would defiantly add a whirlpool tub so I could take a nice relaxing bubble bath sometimes.. The maid quarters is fire. Why is there no dishwasher, laundry hook up for washer & dryer? Solar Panels must be placed on the outside of the house to absorb energy from the sunlight. Barbecuing on the grill for cookouts must be a Black American thing because how in the world did black ppl plan this community with no grill space? I see small space, then a wall in the backyard. A whole pool & no grill in sight ? Where do the kids play? is there a playground or park planned within that compound? The four bedroom is still amazing with lots of inside space.

Understand many African countries have not had their independence for that long, a lot of global legislation goes on trying to prevent Africa from flourishing and we're still healing.
