A lot of the windows in the house, very rare to see houses like this in Africa because of the fear of theft. Beautiful 😍 had to add this ; I think the lighting system in the house would be bright enough at night since most of the bulbs are spots

I said the same thing. For that price in the USA I have more land, proper roads leading to the house, water from the city, and the electric never goes out. Same houses in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda are way less money.

@@KrimsonKannon1969 But where exactly? A house made with stones and cement even in Texas near the border you won’t get it less than $2M. You have to understand that these houses are built with bricks and cement not with wood like most American houses and most of the materials are imported. The Aluminum windows only will cost more than $25K and that pool will probably cost more than $40K to build. If you were going to build this house it would cost you more than $250K to build and add the price of land which is $100K+

Why would you pay this amount for a home that's trying to stop people from buying in the west, think about it, all the materials use are the same the costs shouldn't be because it's built in Africa. Most people don't like it that people are buying or building a home, I will never for get when a friend showed her photos of her new home in Africa people faces dropped the the first question that someone said was it's better than ours and that's my point. Home in the UK very small and the cost over one's head.

@@memories788 understand your point of view... how much you think this house should be worth in Africa if it was built in the West it would be way over $1000000 right now could even be higher depending on what state you live in.. in the West a lot of homes are being built cheap cutting corners for profit... a home that is worth $89,000 now they want 289,000 the housing price in the west is utterly ridiculous thanks to the greedy investors..
