Thats because these were follow me eyes, the way they are made makes it so whatever direction you're looking at them they will aways stare back the only downside is if you need them to look in specific direction for a photoshoot

The rain damage was a really happy accident. The texture of the skin kinda makes looks like she had been scorched. Kinda fits the demon style.

Something I found when using the rit dyemore is that it REALLY helps to sand all the surfaces before you put it in the dye. A lot of the time there's some kind of sealant that gets in the way. I've successfully gotten all kinds of plastic to take dye that way, especially the joints. I hope you see this! Also it was great to see someone customize a rainbow high, I might get myself one now that I've seen that they customize so well.

uhhh... like a 120? Idk I don't often pay attention to the grit number. Something not too coarse but enough to remove plastic and sealant.

I love this doll! And I love the shape of her eyebrows too. Though it would have been interesting to see you put some yarn fluff following their shape so that it would give her more dimension. And I think Samara would be a nice name for her or Morinth ☺️🤔🤷‍♀️.

Here's a tip if you want to remove her eyes without removing her hair. You can warm her face up so that the eyes can come out, it's probably a bit harder to do so but in the end it will most likely pay off when you get to keep the original hair style or just hair from the doll (also as a fellow Dutch doll artist, where do you get some of your supplies? I'm still a bit of a beginner)

It depends on what kind of plastic the doll is made of. If hard plastic (like monster high bodies) yes. But if it's a head or rubber barbie legs than it will probably not work 🥺
