Dollar Tree - Elementary Art Teacher Favorites and Mini Haul

Hi! I’m Katie Jarvis and I am a K-6 elementary art teacher. In this video, I share my Dollar Tree favorite purchases for the art room (spoiler alert some items are now cheaper elsewhere like Walmart). Dollar Tree has some great art supplies and non traditional art materials! I also share recent purchases from the Dollar Tree for my classroom. Spoiler alert! I found some fantastic name brands available such as Prang and Crayola. I also went wild a bought a case of scratch art. Side note- I have an art class ordering video linked down below. Havent traditionally shopped @ DT due to trying to limit the amount of vendors I go through. However they did have a whole class set of spirographs i picked up for a summer camp, so I am stoked for those.

Well made video again! I wonder if you have a pic of the messy mats for reference? I use the pink gloves and like them in my art room. I could totally see using the washable glue bottles again and again in place of the everyday kind. I will have to look for the Crayola sharpeners . Also, it’s a great idea to check out the book aisle. I have found many fun adult coloring books there, along with nice sketchbooks.
