That is the material I got in the fabric remnants at Walmart. I've used it on the snowman hat I cut in half last week. It was only $2 for over a yard!

This is darling, so I decided to try my hand at it. I found the microfiber dusters were difficult to cut through the bottom - boy, did they shed! LOL Anyhow, I'm almost done. Also, for those of you who don't have spare material for the scarf - I bought the scarf from DT that was red velvety material with the white fluffy balls with a jingle bell on each. I cut in half and glued the open end shut - half fits perfectly around the neck.

Perfect! I never can find scarfs at Dollar Tree. I did cover the back of the hat with felt and left a longer flap to glue to the back of his head. I'm so sorry my video didn't show that part.

@@ValsVisionsandDesigns Thank you! I wasn't sure how to make mine look as clean as yours. I can never find scarves either, except those thin cotton women's ones. I live in a large metropolitan area so I make the rounds to all the Dollar Trees to find supplies. My husband thinks I've lost my mind. LOL I need to check out your other videos!
