Yes, this sculpt (and the other Michelle Fagan 6 month sculpts.) Have full arms and full legs. You can put them on a 3/4 leg body as well but a lot of collectors like it on the full limb/leg body cause it looks cuter with diapers and short clothing. She wears 3-6 and 6 month clothing and size 1 shoes.
