I had an orinal blythe. And I mean an ORIGINAL lol before Takara bought the rights. I was so scared of it's pink eyes my grandmother threw it out. I WISH I had it now though. Seeing where blythe has gone through the years and how creative people are with her and the icy dolls makes me smile. That said, ty for putting up this video. I could never afford to buy back the doll my Gran threw away in the 70's lol.

I love AliExpress. It's a great place if you like diorama props, and photography backdrops and such. You have to be careful what you buy if you do want to avoid knock offs and recasts, but they have a lot of legit stores now. Kurhn has their official store through them as does PopMart if you're into blind box figures. Thanks for sharing your items and reviews. I really enjoy your videos.

Hi! You probably don’t know, but the articulated doll with the “fruit” is a recast, means it isn’t original, is a copy of Secret Doll’s Doll, Person or their new doll series. The original doll is by a Korean artist, really small company, do not support reacts, they’re stealing and copying the artist’s job. Not judging you whatsoever, just letting you know.

I got scammed for a doll on there so let’s just say not buying it again cuz the doll was 100

You can complain and dispute the purchase. AE makes it easy to get your money back if you really got scammed, like the item was not as described, or arrived broken, etc.

@@ichabodelclown1144 Yeah, I understand how a bad experience can sour you, especially if it’s your first order. I have had disappointments over the years from them, but overall have been happy with most purchases. It’s also the only way I know how to order Kuhn dolls directly from Kurhn. Like any site with multiple venders there are going to be bad ones. There are ratings, but so many stores send freebies to get ratings up. However there are quite a few stores with a long history and lots of good reviews, like the official Kurhn and Popmart stores. Best of luck if you decide to order anything again.

@@ichabodelclown1144 Well, I am sorry to hear that was your dream doll and you were let down so much. I hope you are able to get it one day, if you haven't. I've been shopping on AE for many years, since I think around 2012. I'm also an avid doll collector of many types of dolls for about 25 years now. I'm happy to offer any information I may have if you have any questions about something specific that I may have experience dealing with. I have many legit bjd's from a verity of makers, and I will admit to buying a couple of recasts from AE. I don't think it's right, but I admit it. I enjoy customizing them, and have a hard time taking chances with my expensive legit dolls. So, if your issue was with a resin doll, I can say all the ones I've seen are fake and aren't the same quality as the legit doll, or other even recasts in some cases, but some are still nice. I see being disappointed, though, if you thought you were getting the same thing in the stock photo. I bought a "handmade Ancient Chinese doll" from a seller recently and was really appalled at the poor quality of the $70 doll, so I know there are scary things on the the site, but again, overall I've been happy. I love my Kurhn dolls. The boxes always arrive dented, but I want to debox them anyway. I've been able to get some really nice props, backdrops, DIY dollhouses, and figures that I wouldn't otherwise have gotten, and gotten excellent deals through coupons and sales.

Check out Kewpie83 videos. She has great tips and reviews on Kurhn dolls. There are a lot o Kurhn on AE, but not all from the official store. You normally do better ordering directly from the official store. If you order more than one, message them and ask them about combining shipping. They'll do it and you'll save a good amount. I have quite a few Kurhn and I love them. Great quality, but like anything, they vary in quality and articulation.

Yeah AliExpress does have some good deals. The Quality is hit or miss depending on what you are ordering.
