Eddie Bracken seems like a fun Horrace in the 70s production. He has great chemistry with Carol. Love his reactions and personality

Bette Midler left out that caressing of the cash register. I guess she thought that moment was Channing's alone!

She didn't make that decision alone. The cash register moment very much spells it's a marriage based on money alone and many new productions have softened that angel and found more love between the central pairing
