Hi Emre, We too prepare stuffed peppers in Egypt but in a different way, a more complicated one, this is why I am definitely going to try it your way to see if it is as tasty as the one I am used to and if yes, i will save myself more than extra 30 min of preparations for the same dish. Emre, in Turkey we use dill (dereotu) instead of fennel greens. Other than that, it looks delicious. Elinize saglik.

Mic Raw hi! :)) You do not need to soak it but in order to get rid of the extra starch and to clean it, it is necessary to wash the rice.
