The "1" setting doesn't mean it will run for 1 hour, 2 for 2 hours. It is a programing button for how often the Dolphin will clean the pool throughout the week. They are different cycles.

Being a pro pool cleaner this IMO is still the very best robotic for your pool. Great water proofing on electrical parts and bearings. Just ordered a new one as my last got stolen and was over 2years old and it was still working as good as the 1st day I bought it with heavy daily usage. 10/10 for this robotic cleaner!

I have this product. It is a great product. My pool guy is in and out now. I normally have him vacuum out the hot tub and check the chemical levels for the pool.

Very nice review. But the 1 button means it cleans once a day; 2 button every other day and 3 button is every 3rd day.

Mine never got stuck on the stairs, it might have a sensor to know it’s out of water and it goes back in

Hmmm not sure, one thing you can do is give the maximum cable slack so it cant go up the stairs… so keep the control unit in the opposite side with limited cable slack

Must be nice. Ours isn't a year old and went to fire it up.today for the first clean, and power turns on, and right back off in 3secons. If I un plug the blue cord that runs to the dolphin, and turn power supply on, it stays on, and allows you to push 1 2 3 and stays on. Screw the blue cable back into power and it shuts off the power again. For thr money these are, they should be far more reliable. We had a shark and that thing was bullet proof the 5 or 6 years we had it. Thougt this would be bettwr

No i never had it stuck there. Try splitting the suction, it might be too strong in the drain

All the dolphins suck for one main reason. They only turn one direction and the cord gets completely tangled up. Why a $1000 to $1300 vacuum with WiFi and a control box is not smart enough to turn left then turn right is beyond me. Just plain laziness on the part of the programmers. Until they fix the programming or give us access to the basic controls I would say stay away from all dolphin products. Total pain in the butt.
