Dom Demas has developed the best combination of attacks that I've seen in wrestling so far and he does it against some of the best guys in the country. The way they complement each other makes it almost impossible to stop.
I do not own the rights to the clips used in the video. FloWrestling and ESPN does.

Okay hear me out. A video on downblocking, head/hands defense. Seems basic but there is very little out there on that stuff. Think Kyle Dale or maybe Penn States match lead leg to downblock with lead arm concept. Great analysis my man. Keep it up.

@@dylanb2086 In the end, most combat sports come down to wrestling, don't they? We see small differences and call it Sambo, Judo, Sumo, Dambe, Senegalese wrestling, and Glima. Thank for for creating and sharing! I saw a related video afterwards by USA Wrestling where he hits the inside trip against J. Eierman out of the gate. @@earnyourgold wrestling was my #1 sport and became my identity as a teen. I was average at best. Back then we didn't have yr round tournaments, no wrestling schools, most of us didn't start until 8th or 9th grade. I was shown a double, a firemans, a sitout, standup, crossface and not much more. No internet, no youtube, youth today have NO IDEA how blessed they are in resources for - - anything they are interested in in life in America. So I watch your vids and am able as a fan to UNDERSTAND the techniq these elite guys I watch are actually using. It's GREAT. As someone who is not an expert, it happens so fast I barely realize what's happening let alone the intricicies of the techniq. Your analysis AMAZES me, I feel I can actually understand the specifics of whats happening in elite D1 matches. Thanks again, your ability is EXCEPTIONAL
