Sidakov is the king of 74kg, despite his insane exclusion from the Olympics. Undefeated against Burroughs and Dake, he has owned 74kg in international competition. I'm sure that Dake was not happy that he didn't have a chance at getting revenge in the Olympics. Interestingly enough, Zaurbek's only losses have been at Russian tournaments. This demonstrates the depth of Russian senior men's wrestling. This is an excellent video, and it's good to see Sidakov in an American room, passing on his skills to young wrestlers. I believe he is transitioning to MMA. I don't think we'll see him in international Senior Men's Freestyle again, which is a shame.

I think personally he still dabbles in worlds still if he does mma and doesnt have scheduled bouts unless he gets politically screwed.

@@PrideV6 That's a real possibility, as is the prospect that he will continue to be unable to compete internationally. Senior Men's Freestyle and World's aren’t something you dabble in. You have to go all in.

@@alirezarezaei2976 Yes, he did lose that match 2-2. In no way does that detract from his international accomplishments and domination of 74kg. Ali Savadkouie has not performed well at the international level. I believe that the match he won was a club match. Little was riding on the match.
