LA does get lucky to get these deals done every couple of years to secure a future but it’s also because of these deals that LA can struggle to get smaller deals done that can make a roster win a championship. Just look at the last couple of years or even months where the discussion was nobody wants to deal with LA and Pelinka for a trade.
