He forces the doctor to give it to him and he kills the doctor once his demonic attributes awaken. Agree! Just Consider the fact that the reason Tanjiro becomes a slayer was to Save the only family he still had. When meanwhile kokushibo had a happy family and could have had the Ideal Life that was taken from Tanjiro, but choose to Leave them behind in pursuit of power. These two would have had an amazing dynamic, really one of the biggest missed opportiunities of the show.

I am not the biggest fan of Yoriichi but I don't think Tanjiro or any other character in the Demon Slayer would ever come close to Youriichi's power...Tanjiro awakened his mark and selfless state in the battle and Youriichi was born with it...That's a huge difference...Tanjiro had to practice like hell and fight many battles in order to get stronger but my man Youriichi was born as the strongest. If I remember correctly, Yoriichi did one shot Muzan with the 13th technique of the Sun Breathing during their initial battle leaving the guy deeply traumatized enough that he hid away until Yoriichi died of old age. I could see Kokushibo giving Yoriichi a difficult battle but ultimately, I feel like Yoriichi will just pull a 14th technique from out of nowhere to neutralize his brother that is as long as he didn't just become immune to the sun by eating Nezuko or gaining the Blue Spider Lily which in turn would have made Kokushibo invincible.

So this is a weird what if but hear me out As soon as Kokushibo gets to his final form , You see he can generate swords from any part of his body , along with that he can use breathing form without moving his sword with his blood demon art , As he becomes the true reckless monster , he spikes out his sword from every side of his body killing all the hashiras around him pinning them on the walls of the room with his sword passing through heads , chest or any fatal parts , he pulls the swords back carrying the bodies of the hashiras , then consuming them . After some more strength , he uses his moon breathing in an insane level destroying a huge part of the infinity castle revealing all the other slayers fighting the demons , he gives another huge blow and kills a lot of them and breaking the swords of the ones who managed to survive including tanjiro , he wents to tanjiro calmly stabbing his hand in tanjiros head converting him into a demon and consumes him becoming immune to sunlight and nichurin blades , he kills all the other hashiras easily with a single blow , also killing all other demons and consuming all of them being a totally reckless monster even breaking the curse of muzan , then kills nakime and destroys the castle revealing muzan on ground , He starts generating hundreds of swords pinning muzan on ground completely shocked and unable to move , Starting to eat him alive gaining more of muzans blood giving him immense strength , as muzan gets up and tries to fight back , he sees kokushibo nearly as strong as him and giving him visions of Yorichi as soon as Kokushibo pierces multiple swords inside muzan and using his moon breathing to cut him to hundreds of pieces again and again till the sun starts to rise , as muzan also starts to get weaker over time , kokushibo starts eating him and muzan sees himself dying helplessly as kokushibo eats him and his last remainings burns in sunlight where as kokushibo doesnt get affected by sunlight making him the true immortal demon king who not just defeated muzan but ate him alive like a true monster
