@Domainaniki how about this: "what if all he upper moons were demon kings?". Think about it, after Muzan has just escaped from Yorrichi, he is now weak and terrified. Kokushibo, Doma, Akaza, Gyokko and Hantengu take advantage of this and work together to devour the weakened Muzan. Doma still meets Gyutaro and Daki, and gives them enough blood and time to become demon kings. Now, each king controls their own lineage of demons that obeys their rules. Maybe some demon kings would star wars with others, like Kokushibo and Akaza allying against Doma, with Gyutaro and Daki helping Doma and the rest just sit back and watch. I think this would be so good, they could make a whole spin-off series about it, titled: demon kings, blood wars.

Most upper moons would probably be stronger or bare minimum at Muzan’s strength, like… far stronger. Muzan is content with his strength and doesn’t see need to improve he is characteristically written and shown to be simple and unskilled with his abilities. Akaza was superhuman as a human and would have a very progressive mindset with his strength, Gyutaro similarly was superhuman. Kaigaku is a breath user which would bring him leaps and bounds above Muzan, Kokushibo I honestly would not be surprised could contend with Yoriichi.. Only ones I could see being around Muzan’s level is Daki, Gyutaro and Hantengu.

Yeah he completely forgot about this for both of them, though I also feel like he underestimates how Daki's demon art strengthened is basically a nest of hard to cut trip wires that can move to ensnare you if you try and go around them. Sure she wouldn't be able to defeat him either as number 2 or the demon king, but surviving is just delaying until she could run away with her brother's head, and she was already a demon who valued speed over strength. Then add in that even at her canon power lever her demon art was semi-sentient, meaning as demon king the thing would likely be capable of completely acting independently from needing orders from her, greatly expanding its operational range.

I feel like one thing to take into account is how much of a priority Conquering the Sun would be for each of the Upper Moons. For example, while Nakime could get her hands on Nezuko more easily than any of the others, she also wouldn't particularly NEED to eat her since she just spends all her days in Infinity Castle regardless, whereas Doma would perhaps hunt Nezuko to an even greater degree than Muzan due to his desire for perfection being just as great as that of his liege if not greater.

Alright my way of doing a story involving a Demon Kind Kokushibo AKA: Michikatsu is by having it to where Michikatsu ends up becoming extremely sick and bed ridden and because of how Jealous and Envious he is in the original he'd be even worse here because of the fact he would feel that it is unfair that his younger brother has everything that he feels he should have such as extreme talent being perfectly healthy and you get what I mean so at some point later down the road when he is a young adult Michikatsu would most likely be given that experimental medicine which would lead to him becoming the demon king and this is where he'd most like kill his brother because of the fact there wasn't a demon king yet to make demon's there would be no need for special swords or breathing styles which means demon king Kokushibo would easily kill Yoriichi because Yoriichi would have no way of defending himself against such a threat because of the fact nothing have been made to combat such a beast like the demon king

I know I’m 9 months late, but I’d still like to put my opinion on DK Kokushibo vs Yoriichi. Human Kokushibo (Michikatsu) was already pretty damn strong. And that power would have been amplified by becoming both a demon and then the demon king. Moon breathing, while not being as strong as Sun breathing, is more than likely the 2nd strongest style. I can see Yoriichi winning in this, but only barely, because yes, Yoriichi is stronger than his brother, but Kokushibo is still an extremely skilled swordsman. If Kokushibo managed to catch Yoriichi off guard, then he would be able to kill him. We have seen how it took 3 hashira and one regular demon slayer to defeat Kokushibo -one of them being his own descendant and having the mark- but two of them died in the process. Kokushibo can regenerate his head, so Yoriichi could have had a difficult time killing him. Over all, I think that Dk Kokushibo would come out on top, but either be too weak afterwards, or he wins, but dies after.

actually for the demons that live for eternity they either get engulfed by the sun as the sun gets to big and with no sight they get sucked into a black hole making them depressed making them kill themself

Erm in the regular story gyoko was the one to find the swordsmith village and if he became the demon king he would be more focused on the blue spider lily so he would never find the village and if he did he would be able to wipe it out easily
