Faced a chi-blocker in comics and could WATERBEND WITH HER LEGS. Katara is in that place because she is the most powerful waterbender in both series.

Also if you don't remember Katara was the first waterbender in resist bloodbending while saying "my bending is more powerful than yours, your technique is useless on me" and we already have seen how an airbender and a firebender could get out of Amon's bloodbending. If you watched the show you would know Amon only could take someone's bending if they are still, Katara would never let him take her bending.

Let's compare Yakone and Noatak (Amon). Yakone has blood bending, psychic blood bending (blood bending without physical movement), & he could blood bend without a full moon. He was one of three known to be able to do so. Amon has blood bending, psychic blood bending, could bend without a full moon, & he could take peoples bending away! Taking peoples bending away is something only the Avatar is known to be able to do berough energy bending.

Ok, I feel like a would put boilin as the earth bender. I mean didn’t he master lava bending master normal earth bender and metal bending. So I would but boilin as the earth bender. It took roku years, not months, to master the 4 elements, like every other avatar. Korra is the most powerful avatar. She wasn't weaker than aang in the avatar state, she was stronger than him due to having prime raava. She also has the best feats in the verse, one of which was stopping a giant spirit nuke and defeating the most powerful enemy in the verse with just her own spirit, not even with raava. Finally even the creators have said she'd beat aang in a fight, saying that 9 times out of 10, aang would run away, but that one time korra catches him she basically beats the shit out of him. Korra is the most powerful avatar to date.
