I am super happy she’s out of that situation. I saw my mother go through that in my childhood and she now lives with me and no one will ever harm her again while I’m alive. This is an extremely cowardly pos behavior.

i totaly get not wanting to see that reminder of your past anymore. but i just have to say, even with the little imperfections she was still so beautiful. just a really pretty woman before and after. and i`m so happy for her that she got out of this abusive cycle. it`s not easy.

The nose episodes are my fave because I had a botched septoplasty my nose fell that caused me indelible self esteem issues I went back the same doctor for another review, a second doctor, both male doctors brushed off my deformity I gave up a few years later I decided I couldn’t live like this anymore I scheduled a third appointment with a beautiful intelligent young woman ENT named Dr. H listened and changed my entire life she is a mastero artist she straightened my nose and lifted my tip my front and profile looks beautiful if angels exist I would truly believe it would be Dr. H… and I’m only 27 I still have the rest of my youth by the way male doctors don’t always know the best women doctor are scientifically more intelligent and trained than men I highly recommend going to a woman doctor they will change your life

Who is this awesome Dr H that you went to? I had a bizarre nightmarish experience with a supposedly renowned rhinoplasty specialist years ago. I wanted to feminize and downsize what I had. I had character to my nose and I wanted the bump on the bridge left intact and the tip slightly narrowed and slightly lifted. The second time I saw him, unbeknownst to me, he thought, basically that I brushed off his advances by a face that I made about he upcoming surgery.(I guess everything was about him and nothing about me.). He insulted me just before surgery and I had no real time to react, laying there on the gurney and then going straight to the o.r. When my cast came off I was so sickened and shocked. He removed the bump, made my nostrils smaller by cutting hem, leaving permanent scarring on the sides of my nostrils and permanent itching, there and on the bridge. He removed all of the cartilage on the lower nostrils and pulled the tip down, removing part of the columela to do so. He also cut the connective tissue under the nostrils and the upper lip. There is also a groove on the side of my bridge where he broke it. I have to use oral gel and nasal gel and a humidifier to breath at night. I use breath right strips nightly and tape my nose up also and tape both sides of my face because my nose falls to either side that I sleep on. My upper lip now hangs and it used to be curled youthful and sexy. He did a number on me. He and the hospital refused to send me any of my pre-op photos or surgery file. Evil was done to me. If I were to do it over I would absolutely seek out a female. I would probably just have her refine the tip a bit. Too late now. I would discourage most people from getting rhinoplasty because there is so much dissatisfaction and botched surgeries. I try to seek out female physicians, period, after this. He wasn't the only doc that ever hit on me either. Please tell me who you went to! She would have to be highly skilled, as a revisionist told me, the inside of my nose was destroyed and I need MAJOR RECONSTRUCTIVE surgery. Wishing you all the best and good health to you!!!

my daughter had such a hard year last year. she got married and then found out she was unable to get pregnant, had her tubes removed and her husband got violent and head bunted her and her glasses broke her nose. Her life has gone downhill and totally unrecognizable in 1 year.
