I've kinda have become a collector of these 12v fridges. I have two Dometics (55IM and 25). Two Iceco's (Jp40 and Jp50). Two Engels (Both MT45's). And a BIG dual zone Snomaster 90qt Expedition Series. I have a trucking friend he has 3 ARB fridges. A 63qt that is 15 years old. In his Tacoma a newer 50qt. And in his Peterbilt a newer 82qt. I have other friends that have various Truckfridge/Indel B's, Iceco's and cheap Alpicool's. Fyi, Dometics are made in China. It's a Swedish owned company. But they manufacture in China. The only 12v fridge companies I know of that aren't Chinese made. Are Engel which is Japanese owned. And they manufacture in Malaysia. Snomaster and National Luna which are South African.

@@SarasotaTim No my favorite is the Snomaster 85L Expedition series. All quilted stainless steel. Comes with a actual insulated bag. (All Snomasters do.) It's a different beast than most of these other 12v fridges. I seen them at a RV/4x4 show. I just went cause it was going on. Didn't know the fridge manufacturers were going to be there. @@SarasotaTim The Snomasters are a different beast. Designed to be ran in extreme conditions (Can run in 150 degree weather). Mine will have cycles of 90w or better. I ran it for three days in Fresno Ca with it on my aunts back patio in 110+ degree weather. It cycled normally. It froze water jugs in that time too. I like all the ones I have. I'm actually running two Iceco's in my Peterbilt right now. They are descent little units. They dont pull down as fast as the Dometics. But Dometics pricing keeps going up. I bought two Iceco's with 5 year warranty on the Secop/Danfoss compressor for the price of your 35. And they come with covers. Not as nice as the Dometic cover. I have 5 trucker friends with Iceco's they are having good luck.

That was not a good review. You think you'd actually take the stuff out of the cooler?So you can see the size of it. maybe you could comment on how long it lasted on the battery. Did you have solar charging the battery wall?It was running the domatac refrigerator question? You mentioned it frozen case of water comma maybe you could have told us how long it took to freeze the case of water

I have a digital antenna on the roof that receives lots of air channels most are worth watching and of course my TV is a smart TV and my phone service is visible wireless owned by Verizon and I have an unlimited data hotspot that I turn on and can stream and watch KZbin whatever I want 😎

@@SarasotaTim I have Visible too. I think I told you before that I am holding out on the upgrade until they kick me off. As, I need the multiple hotspot. You only get one device to use hotspot once upgraded on iOS. You have it made. No TV bill. And receive a plethora of content.

Yes, what you said is true no more multiple devices on hotspot. I never did use that but it was cool to know you had it. The tv gets really good channels and with all those other apps who needs to pay for cable.😎

@@SarasotaTim Amps X Volts = Watts. At 8:50 in the video you show the Power Rating tag on the machine. Both DC and AC power calculates to 90 and 94 watts.

Ok it’s been a while since I checked it, and I don’t understand all the mathematical calculations. Meter plugged in so I could pay for the electricity I used and I would do test and see how many I was pulling with different things on like the air-conditioning on off and the fridge on and off and it seems to me that it was only 50 W, but is that a big deal?😎

How many watts does that take? I was thinking about getting one of those to put in my semi and use as another fridge could you use it as a freezer as well? I was thinking today of a great job for you. You said you were self-employed for many years. Well, you live in Florida and often go to the beach. you should get yourself a hot dog cart and sell them. Yeah I answered all those questions in my video about the fridge. It runs on 50 watch and it will cool down to -8° as a freezer. License and permits are all required here in Florida to do that business. That was around in the 80s when I was in the car business, girls use to come around selling them wearing bikinis. 😎

After getting my fridge in my camper to work on propane, much more economical than the electric I’m going to turn my Dometic into a freezer as well. You can really load it up and you can keep a whole bag of ice in it. 😎

It would have except after 27 coats of wax. The price point would’ve been so high. I had to remove the fridge and the Jackery, but the other crap is still included. 🤣😎
