Yea that makes sense, if say you're picking something up and they're basically inviting you to come anytime because they have nothing else planned that evening or whatever But if you're efficient with your time, you can plan things better with a more specific time. It's in both party's interest. If the person says "around" and I make plans then that person would have to wait. If they say "at" then I know for sure not to make plans on that time.
