My pack has a very distinct rank order. Im the boss, but i have to respect their relationships with each other and not strain that balance by favouring or disciplining individuals out of that context.

I think our home of three dogs and three cats have a pretty good relationship 99% of the time they are all rescues but one. My largest is a great wolf male and a pit mix female when we first rescued her she got nipped twice over food but I intervened n I hope I did right but now I leave food out all the time and there aren’t any issues so hopefully I’m doin right😅. They love each other n are true siblings😂😂
