5th gear 10000 rpm p hi 160 kmph jata h dominar. 5 th gear p hi full throtle kicho and just cruise at 6th gear than you will be able to get 170+

164-15 = 149 km/h. The speedometer of this bike has a big error. Even if it manage to write 170 km/h the real speed will be 155 km/h. Do a gps speed test.
