Really achieved with hard work and inspiring. I would like to add a comment regarding the persons with extraordinary memory he has described. In history we have a personality known as Abu Abdullah Isma’il Bukhari who was from Bukhara in around 850 - 950 AD . He was blind in childhood then he regained vision by supplication oh his mother. He was genius with superb memory to be surprised by anyone. In childhood, while going to his teachers he would never write but just remember with dictations. One his fellow students had written 15000 sayings of prophet Muhammad peace be upon him called Hadith which are average sentences of 4-5 lines. He narrated them all the Hadith out of his memory with such a precision that they corrected their notes. At the age of around 17, he head remember 600 thousand Hadith with exact precision that he knew all out of his memory. There are amazing stories of his excellent memory which are there. So there have been many other Islamic scholars in the past which are exceptional and unparalleled to match with

I think the question, do you ever want to forget something? (not verbatim) was probably towards wanting to forget the deck of cards you just remembered. I assume that because after I use my memory palace and fill up a location. It is sometimes to use that same palace in the close future. Because sometimes the items overlap.

Although I appreciate what he has achieved, I don't like that he is taking credit for the technique - the 'journey method' aka mind palaces have been used (at least formally) since Roman times, but hey, the ego is.

he invented the journey method for himself and later learned it was nothing new. He said this in another video. He is humble man.
