DOMINICK CICALE | BREAKING LEGAL FILING UNVEILED | WHAT IT MEANS?

‪@mafiaroundtable‬ Dominick Cicale who has a youtube channel Mafia Round Table and was the former Caporegime for the Bonanno Crime Family during the time of Joe Massino and close to Vinny Basciano (Vinny Gorgeous) filed a lawsuit on May 17th and there are serious allegations of wire fraud, theft, and more against his partners within EG Vodka. James Proctor ‪@RealMobStories‬ breaks down the lawsuit and the papers. What does this mean Bill Staxx with ‪@ChattinWithStaxxShow‬ . He was sued last year and the courts filed a judgment against him when EG Vodka Holdings filed suit alleging false and defamatory statements. The partners in this lawsuit also were in a federal indictment in 2022 alleging Bribery and Kickbacks related to Medicare and Medicaid Fraud. James Proctor also discusses a similar case he went through where a client of his who was the brother of PResident Joe Biden, named JIm Biden, operated a company called Americore which did a lot of shady dealings and illegal activity. We will see what happens in the lawsuit as it might involve a corresponding federal indictment later on that is criminal against those involved. Yeah what I saw in the paperwork that EG Vodka had a default judgment because I don’t think Staxx went down to Florida for court. It was in this paperwork because Dom wanted to pursue some sort of pursuit of the judgment but the other members of the partnership didn’t.

I’m pretty sure James said the opposite. That EG vodka won the case against him. James said specifically @1:17 that EG Vodka got a default settlement against Staxx.

@@PeterAnthonyG correct according to the document EG Vodka won the lawsuit via default judgment. I think that Staxx didn’t show up for the hearing and that’s why the default judgment occurred. Dominick according to the paperwork wanted to pursue the next steps of collecting the judgment but the other partners didn’t want too. That is the specific complaint regarding Staxx in this court filing. It was referring to that judgment that EG won against Staxx

Cicale self-destructed and destroyed what little he had left of a show. I started watching him when he first hit YT. All he did was promise great stories, then never deliver. He resorted to beefing with other content producers, much to his detriment. And all the while he kept hawking his crummy products. He's not making videos because his viewership evaporated. That ridiculous attempt to breathe life back into his show with Joe Barrone was just plain laughable. Dom is a likeable personality. But it's all about stories. Content, content, content!

Well the thing with Staxx I think was complicated because he did mention the indictments from 2022 but he also mentioned something about people buying vodka and not getting it or something like that. This was due most likely that Staxx was served but never made it to the court date. So, the judge gave EG Vodka Holdings the default judgment. This information in this particular court case because Dominick wanted to pursue collecting the damages from the default judgment but his partners didn’t want to do that for whatever reason.
