I like your autoregulated way of training. For more advanced athletes, I think this is the ideal method cause a fixed program might have you do the more intense stuff on a day that you may not feel that good, with this method that's not the case. Keep it up man!

Awesome, my only question is: telling by how the meals looked and what you said, the food you ate today consisted of: -3 bananas -8 eggs -1 spoonful of honey -a "little bit of milk" (Im gonna guess about 600ml) - 1 tomato -perhaps some cabbage? (lets say 200g) -chicken (lets say 200g cooked) Is there something else I'm missing? Just very curious because it doesn't seem like what I expected for somebody your size and weight, considering most of it is muscle : ) and that this adds to about 1600 calories
@tomolegenda237 жыл бұрын
Oh my expertise. He drinks one to two "egg shakes" a day. And sometimes with just one banana. So the carb intake is always pretty below average people consumption.. but still gets energy and vitamins for efficient trainings. They have alot of fruits and veggies grown at home so he gets a bite or two every day, but as said in moderate quantities. Also he ate omellette with 5 eggs and 200g of tuna that day. Trust me, i prepared every meal that day. Which is not usual, he cooks himself mostly. so after all he gets 1,5-2g of proteins per kg of bodyweight (which is arround 84kg) which is most important. But trying to cut carbs, because being lean as fuck (especially in calisthenics) helps you achieve better results as in every added unneccesarry weight puts more force towards muscle and joints. Does that answer your question? :)
@tomolegenda237 жыл бұрын
I think i can add that - it all depends on his schedule. If there are less intensive trainings with more statics he eats less, and if he does more dynamic and weighted sets he eats more. And supports the theory of fueling body with bit of carbs before training so you can train harder. After trainings focus is on getting sufficient amounts of protein in your body.
@Delta3angle7 жыл бұрын
Check his website, he has a free video going over his diet. Basically "don't eat shit",
@hodlatodla53647 жыл бұрын
Yeah I know, but eating an apple a day technically complies with the above rule ; I am just curious about the apparently little amount of food he eats in the video.

Dear Dominik, why did you chose to train planche with front lever? Any special thought about this?? I was training front lever (beginner) and that's a challenger skill for me, so I was in doubt of what other exercise I could train in the same day. So today I tried the tucked planche to L-sit, just like you in this vlog, and it kind worked (: But I was in doubt if my front lever training affected my tucked planche (in a negative way) and if I could have done better tucked planches sets if I have done these separately. And how much time do you rest between front lever sets and planche sets?? see you

Dom how do you schedule your training? I used to do full body workouts 4x per week for strength but the last few exercises are always shit because the first exhaust me too much. I want to do it like you so upper body statics one day and other day upper body basics, another day legs. I have no idea how often I should perform each one in the week. For strength frequency is important but I want to do optimal frequency. Any tips?
