Remember kids. When a pair of cat twins start dancing in perfect synchronicity with sexual promises of bliss at you, do not pay attention to the flesh. Look at the eyes. If they keep eye contact and stay sensual, enjoy the best day of your life. If the eyes, at ANY point, are looking at you like you are a robin with a broken wing? RUN! Try to get their number if you can, but still. RUN!!!

Forever a classic anime, forever a great classic song made for just one particular event in said anime. It's just simply great. 80's at it's any given goodness.

Man I remember watching this anime when I was 3 or 4 years old in the late 90s and one of the only things I really remember is this song and the girls dancing.

Honestly this song is better than what was used in the dub especially because it perfectly fit the 80’s.

A lot of anime, including bubblegum crisis, blatantly plagerized a ton of different 80s songs for their soundtrack. Seems this is just one of them.

I heard a few songs in the anime when I watched it, and came here hoping to find them but they are not here :( Are not all the tracks featured in this?
@zomgtehrei8 жыл бұрын
This is everything that was on the Japanese release OST CD. Perhaps you're thinking of a song from New Dominion Tank Police and not Dominion Tank Police?
@MajorKirrahe8 жыл бұрын
It was definitely the original 4 part series. Maybe some of the songs I heard in the anime were external, and not ones composed for the anime? Not really sure. Other than that, it could be that the tracks I heard had been trimmed down.
@sadmindSCM6 жыл бұрын
A little late but... you may have been watching the dubbed version. The English dubbed original Dominion Tank Police released by U.S. Manga Corp. seems to be completely rooted out and replaced in terms of the soundtrack. On the two english tapes that I have, (Part 1 & 2) every song (including the opening and end titles) is the same cheap early 90s eurodance stock music (think "night at the roxbury"), its even the same exact track being recycled in most cases. When its not upbeat, its replaced with a more somber new age sounding melody. I ended up accidentally getting the 3rd tape as the subtitled version rather than the dub, and I was pleasantly surprised by the original production. Now that I think about it, the dubbed version (aside from having a REALLY BAD dub) seems really off, kind of a hollow presentation compared to its original form. One thing that I find odd I guess is that both the dubbed and subbed versions were released by the same company (U.S. Manga Corps) so I wonder why they felt the need to uproot the OST. Ok, bye!
