@@MediocreFilms I don't know if you have ever worked customer service, but with large chains you are required to stay on the line and politely work with the customer unless they are cursing or yelling at you. He was being a good employee for the duration of the call and only let his humor show at the end (after likely feeling annoyed for the prior 2 minutes.). In my experience, this job often takes a lot of abuse from customers, so he was probably happy it was just a prank.
