The Domke F3X and F2 are some of the best camera bags ever made. I have had mine for 30 + years and they may look beat up, they fulfill their function perfectly. They were designed by a photographer, for photographers.

I love camera bag reviews. Not because of the bags they review, but for the camera gears they put in them to illustrate their points. Being a poor man that I am, I don't even think about purchasing even half of those!!!

excellent review, thanks! One thing i'm worried about is the padding, but I guess you can add some extra on the front and back (inside) since the sides sem to be ok because of the pockets.

Krzysztof Charatonik I agree it is lacking in protection. I’m really easy on my gear - so it’s not a major concern here. But some folks are rough on gear - and could have issues. Cheers Happy Shooting!

@@Mac39Ryan thanks. I'll get one, the new ballistic for the looks I think and will get a little extra padding inside. I think that will be more protection than a 100% tightly packed peak design sling 5l and it Will fit more if I need it to. Thank you for your review, it's the best one out there!
