Unfortunately no, I felt like Vinh should of been in episode 1 at the turtel with Safi and that maybe Safi would ask simply which one we could like more to be in a relationship with as Vinh felt like a after thought, this is similar to true colours with Steph and Ryan but at least Ryan had better intentions and was already a suspect, I feel like true Max wouldn't really go for it, I did enjoyed the moment just felt a little weak for me and forced to please people who don't like gays, please call me out if you disagree, I still love Vinh he was a great character

I was actually surprised at how well they pulled off Vinh’s character, likeable, charismatic, complexed - I loved their banter and that cocky bad boy vibe. Boy got his rizz. Plus making it double dating in different timelines turned out to be funny. Considering they decided not to go deep into whole relationship thing - it’s actually a very nice touch and option.

yeah, I actually feel like the whole characters of Vinh and Amanda were so random and didn't really fit Max's type at all... I chose Amanda because I really can't think about Max with any man lol (maybe besides Warren), and because Amanda had at least some "alternative girls" vibes that Chloe also had. But still, I feel like these romances side stories were pretty useless and it would've been better if the developers just scrapped them. Also, Vinh and Reggie look too cute together lol

Well this has been a treat. Now I have been thinking (hear me out), and I think Ryan Lucan (LIS: True Colors) would’ve been a perfect match for Max, if she ever found herself in Haven Springs. He loves the great out doors, she loves photography, boom. The only thing about this ship is that Max would’ve been traveling, and going to many places. (If you chose Bay ending, of course) As for Ryan, he seems to plant roots and don’t travel very much. Unless he’s willing to make a leap of faith with his relationship with Max, like he did with Alex. Overall, great video.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Honestly I think they really should have had a broader choice of romanceable characters because if for example Safi was romanceable people would have 100% picked her over Amanda and Vinh. Another think that they should have done was carry Warren and Chloe from the first game into this one and make them romanceable characters depending on your choices from the first game because I'm sure a lot of people would have wanted to see an older Chloe and/or Warren. So for example with Warren's character if you romanced him and chose to sacrifice Chloe then the 1st day after Safi's death he would have coincidentally moved near lakeport for a job promotion that he would start in 2 weeks time. He would then take the initial day he arrived to to sort out his furniture and appliances and then would take the second day to explore the place which would eventually lead him to Caledon University. With this he would stumble upon Max on the exact day she gets out of the house and sets up a moment for them. I was also thinking for his design he would have a messy high top fade with a moustache and goatee and have an athletic build as he would take up martial arts as a hobby. I was also think of having the said romance option be of some help in the investigation. So another example ,with Chloe this time, lets say you want to get Vinh to talk. With Chloe she would persuade him to fess up with her silver tongue instead of having to go in and out of the different dimensions to get the info you wanted. I honestly think if they approached the game with this idea in mind it would attract a larger amount of the og players and also expand on the world and characters so their not just lines of code waiting for the player to interact with them. It would also make the player feel like their choices actually had weight to them.

I didnt like Vinh the whole game until like chapter 4, he came off as annoying to me at the beginning, i dont say hes not good for Max, they share the same humour and understand eachother but the fact that Safi had a thing with him and that those messages and interactions between Vinh and Reggie made me think that it would work better with those two 🤫

Here’s my thing with max and vinh, they only connect on a superficial flirting basis. I don’t believe they are a good pair for many reasons, like how he’s not over Safi, he’s a playboy horny guy (literally check his texts), and although the statement he put out for Maya makes sense for his job,,, that doesn’t excuse it. If anything you could just build your experience and plan to go somewhere else so you can expose the truth. He’s just lonely and he’s just trying to see if Max can fill that void and indulge in his entertainment. Amanda at least respects your boundaries, wants to actually know you, goes to therapy, doesn’t keep secrets, hasn’t had a thing for Safi, and overall healthy !!! Sorry guys but you are over romanticizing Vinh.
