As much as I love Rickles and get most of his, let's be fair, dated references... There's no real punchline to the princess Margaret joke. "Your mom has a flag on the roof". So, yeah... she's the queen of England (or was, at that point). Their whole conversation was about the typically human similarities between Etta Rickles and the Queen Mum.
