Absolutely class ❤️⭐️ I’m now 59 and remember these classic memories as I would watch them with my father 🏆Nick Sr. who was a hard nosed ,tough Teamster truck driving man …😳 and left my life in 1977 when I was just 14 from my parents bitter divorce, it was very rare that he laughed so hard watching programs like this and “ All in the Family “🎭🤣 I always loved to see my father laugh 💔 Great memories ✨✨

I got to meet George Burns at Caesar's Palace back stage before his show. He was so nice to me. Asked what I was doing there. I said my puppet's name is Bernie and I do your voice with him. He said let's hear ya. I did an impression of his voice and he said, "you know I flopped in show business for 20 years before I made it." I said that's great! He said, "why's that?" I said, "I flopped for 10, I'm half way there!" He cracked up and said, "kid you never quit!"

Years ago if someone was offended it was “you can’t take a joke.” Now everything is politically incorrect or racist - because some adults are now children - everyone must behave as though you are always interacting with children. Many love these old roasts - they all were drinking, laughing out loud and having a great time - it was truly a great time & I’m glad I was part of it.

@@Locktwiste72 For making similar online comments to the one you just made, I have occasionally been insulted by others who happen to like everything that's out there in the world of pop culture today in the here and now, and who have little or no knowledge or appreciation for the entertainers of old; that class of people are what they are and probably can't help it and know nothing differently than what's always been in their little bubble. I sometimes worry for the present and the future of this country and Western civilization itself that's being left in the hands of a generation which has so many souls among them who not only lack any sort of moral compass whatsoever, but cannot even grasp the concepts of class, civility, and treating others the way they themselves would want to be treated (AKA "the Golden Rule.") But I'm pushing 59 years of age as I write this, no kids or grandkids to fret over, and I'm actually thankful I probably won't be around in another 20 years to see and be a part of a society that by then will have gone completely down the waterfall.
