Parliament was Active or not is the Crux of the issue and not the Discussion, If Governement has Necesary Votes in House they have Constitutional Right to pass Law and not at mercy of Opposition. While Discussion on Laws is really Good thing and i Suppot the need for such. But the issue here is Constitutional Ammendment without Parlimanet being Active. I hope you are sensible enough to understand the Difference. I also assume now you know what Dictatorship Actually is.

At this time when citizens are held to rot and even die in police custody or jails for years on end without bail and when bulldozers are used by the authorities without any process and lynching is being sanctified one wonders if judicial time ought not to be availed sparingly and not for high brow academic fine tuning?

Surprisingly CJI getting angry when he seeks God based on his religion and what is oath he is taken.His credibility is at the lowest worse than a criminal.Very disappointed with Chandrachud😢😢😢

I DY Chandrachud sworn in the name of GOD and when he can take oth by remembering the god then why cant he remember god its his personal belife and it has nothing to do with the judgement the judgement were all base of facts and proofs😢

Doctrine of lord Ram ..Jesus..Allah...all one and the same ..be kind ..uphold truth...serve the needy. The judgement put an end to decades old fire 🔥.. CJI DYC ...did some thing for Indian poor and under priveleged against somany hurdles ..The benefits will be felt in the coming years ... CJI is brilliant..kind ...humane ..frank... Such abuses will only degrade the status of the madam...
