Also, I would like to add, I'm a trans man on testosterone, haven't done any type of voice training and on the phone most people still assume I'm a woman even though my voice has always been low (tenor singing part pre T) and has dropped over an octave (now a bass). It's all about how you use it and most people don't take pitch into account as much as we might think ❤ You're all doing great. Much love (idc that much about how ppl perceive my voice and I'm fine with correcting ppl, I know that's not the case for many)

Idk if this is true for anyone else, but I also gravitated towards a higher voice before coming out purely because deeper voices "felt bad." Obviously, I now recognize that feeling as vocal dysphoria. As it turns out, I have a pretty deep vocal range lol. When I started voice training, I realized I was halfway there.

do you have any tips on reducing vocal weight, and how am i supposed to know i have reduced it to an ideal place? is there some good indicator? like maybe on a spectrogram or something

So what you're saying is that it's not the [vocal] size that matters, but how you use it?

What if instead of voice training you work on making your hands bigger so when you give someone the finger it will be like yelling f u 😂😂😂😂
