❤❤❤agreed. I would be curious about the sattvic way through training with Maha Dev, who passed a few years ago. Its a simple meditation with raising energy with hands, and into a calling upon Mother Earth/Mother Kundalini for healing and balancing left amd right channels. I have studied meditation 50 years. Its pure and simple and I have had deep self awareness in harmony with Sahaj Samadhi techniques of Art of Living. MAHA DEV is unique in that she insisted no money every needed to train people or teach in person or online. Better sleep than usual and better memory improvements with Kundalini and Sahaj Samadhi and Kyria Breathing. ❤❤ Thank you Guru Dev 🙏 ❤❤😊

Gurudev...I have experienced the disturb in my sleep whenever I started any practice related of spiritual....like learning access bars, mantra dhyan of dada bhagwan, some healing session and lastly in samaj samadhi dhyan...it is due to this rajshi type
